Getting Students Involved is the beginning

It is a known fact that when students are involved in the class work, their retention rate is far more than when they are not involved. Hands-on experience means, knowledge or skill that someone gets from doing something rather than just reading about it or seeing it being done: They will participate in workshops and get hands-on experience leading classes.

Promoting a hands on experience for students is more impactful and there is nothing that can take its place.
